SHIPPING TIME
When you place your order online or via purchase order direct, your order is placed in the BUILD cue. That means we build the finished product based on orders in the cue. In general we do not stock a large number of finished products. We maintain an extensive quantity of all the necessary parts to finish your order in a timely manner. Because our products are finished and tested individually it takes time to complete large orders. Testing every ALUMALOK that leaves our warehouse insures you a quality product that meets the most rigorous safety standards in our industry.

Depending on the volume of orders and the quantity of items you have requested it may take as long as 6 – 8 weeks. HOWEVER Most orders ship within 5 working days and the vast majority of orders leave our warehouse in 2-3 days. As a small business we are limited in our machining throughput but work hard to meet your needs. If you have an upcoming event where our product is critical to the success of the event, PLEASE let us know when you MUST HAVE the product in hand. For all orders you will receive an invoice with the tracking information as soon as the shipping information is know.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ANY custom product made for a specific venue is not returnable without advanced communication between all parties.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@alumalok.com and send your item to: ALUMALOK – 1532 N. Limestone – Suite 2155 – Lexington, KY 40505.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
